In the midst of the summer heat, Juneng Robotics remains committed to providing dedicated service. Recently, teams of service engineers from Juneng Robotics have been deployed to Thailand and Mexico, undertaking the installation, debugging, and on-site services for the intelligent production line projects of two clients.

1. Thailand Project
The Thailand project is located in the Rayong Industrial Park in Rayong Province. It involves the intelligent production line for trailer axle manufacturing, a collaborative endeavor between Juneng Robotics and GSA Company in Thailand. This project serves as an exemplary model for the complete processing automation in the trailer axle industry.

Once operational, this project will enable users to achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 trailer axles. It establishes a fully automated and intelligent production mode, covering the entire process from raw material loading to finished product offloading.

After assembly in Yinchuan, Ningxia, the project has traversed the seas to Thailand and is currently in the installation and debugging phase.

2. Mexico Project
The Mexico project is located in Guanajuato, Leon City, and is an intelligent production line project for automotive components created by Juneng Robotics for a domestic metal processing company targeting the American market in Mexico.

Currently, the project has completed installation and debugging and is undergoing production trial runs. Engineers from Juneng Robotics are in Mexico providing on-site support, promptly addressing any issues, and conducting training for the operating personnel.

3. Proactive Service
Currently, Juneng Robotics has established resident service offices in six regions, including East China, South China, Central China, North China, and Southwest China. The after-sales service engineers can promptly provide on-site services to users in their respective areas. Meanwhile, Juneng Robotics has developed a remote proactive service platform. Through the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, it can actively sense the real-time operational status of user production lines and offer users immediate online technical support.
